Mitkadem OS — Data Deletion Procedure

How to Request Data Deletion

You have the right to request complete deletion of all your personal data from Mitkadem OS at any time. There are three ways to do this:

Remove the App from Facebook

Go to your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → find "Mitkadem" → Remove. This automatically triggers our Data Deletion Callback, and we will delete all data associated with your Facebook account from our systems.

Send an Email Request

Send an email to privacy@mitkadem.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your Mitkadem account. We will process your request within 5 business days.

Disconnect via Dashboard

If you have access to the AI-Esthetic dashboard, go to Settings → Connected Accounts → Disconnect. This will revoke all access tokens and remove social media data immediately. To delete your entire account, contact us via email.

What Gets Deleted

When we process a data deletion request, we remove:

— All Facebook and Instagram access tokens (revoked within 24 hours); — Your profile information (name, email, business details); — All generated marketing content and ad creatives; — Campaign performance data and analytics; — Page Insights and Instagram Insights data; — Onboarding data and preferences; — All associated data from our databases and backups (within 30 days).

Confirmation

After processing your deletion request, we will send a confirmation to your email address. If you do not receive confirmation within 5 business days, please contact us again at privacy@mitkadem.com.
